Michéle is the Centre Manager at Children First Early Childhood Centre. She is a fully qualified and registered kaiako with over 20 years experience. She has raised three tamariki of her own, fostered many tamariki, and is now helping to raise her mokopuna (grandchildren).
Michéle’s philosophy is based on the belief that tamariki are our most precious and important resource and should be treated as such. She believes that they deserve to receive care and education with respect and love in partnership with their whānau.
Michéle wants all tamariki who come through her care to enjoy their time and be able to look back and recall the adventures they had while at pre-school as something special, and that they gain skills that will carry them through later life.
